Most phone repairs that we carry out are usually completed within the hour – providing we have the required part in stock of course! For iPads we recommend leaving your device overnight with us as the special adhesive used needs to cure under pressure for an elongated period. For laptops and some more involved repairs our technicians will let you know what timescales you can expect when you bring your laptop, tablet or phone repair in – it all depends on what’s involved and whether parts are in stock etc.

Absolutely not. We operate a ‘No Fix – No Fee’ policy and will gladly spend time inspecting your device and running diagnostics on it if appropriate – you don’t pay a thing for this. Even if we find we can fix a problem quickly with no part requirement we won’t charge you – we revive around 50% of ‘faulty’ charging ports with a micro clean – no charge for that – which usually makes for very happy customers!

It does get really busy in here at times so if you need a fast turnaround we would always recommend it. Just give us a call on 01473 400005 and we’ll book you a slot. If you really are tight on time you are welcome to wait with the paper and a cuppa or we can give you a pager and buzz you as soon your laptop, tablet or phone repair is ready. We can also offer you a loan phone (subject to a returnable deposit) if you need to leave your phone for longer – just ask one of the team!

Yes. All of our laptop, tablet and phone repairs come with a full 12 month’s warranty for your peace of mind. The warranty covers all parts and labour for the full year so should you have a problem with any repair (extremely rare!) you know you’re covered.

Yes you can. All you need to do is dispatch it to us at our administrative address, Unit 9, Alpha Business Park, White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LT and include a note of your name and contact details. Ideally, use our postal form to let us know it's coming and what the problem is - that way we can get any special parts that we might not have in stock and turn your repair around as quickly as possible.

We certainly will. For most phone repairs we can visit your home or workplace to carry out your repair in one of our specially equipped mobile workshops. We don’t even need to come in so you can carry on with your day while we complete your phone repair.
