Our call-out service uses a fully equipped mobile workshop and even though there might be a small charge for the call-out you will get a prompt repair without it disturbing your day.

Depending on the issue, it should be noted that we require in excess of 24 hours to complete some iPad repairs.

This is because we leave iPads in a special clamp overnight to allow the glue used to cure under pressure. Some repair companies don't do this but we know from experience that this is necessary to get a proper connection between the frame and the glass.

With the post-in service we generally repair and return your damaged iPad the same day we receive it and return it the following day subject to a satisfactory bond being established as noted above.

Feel free to drop your iPad in to our repair centre in ASDA at Goddard Road, Ipswich. We have free parking and our technicians will diagnose and quote you for the iPad repair required. We will contact you once your iPad is ready to collect or, alternatively, we can arrange postal return or a drop-off, if preferred.
