Absolutely not. We operate a 'No Fix - No Fee' policy and will gladly spend time inspecting your device and running diagnostics on it if appropriate - you don't pay a thing for this. Even if we find we can fix a problem quickly with no part requirement we won't charge you - we revive around 50% of 'faulty' charging ports with a micro clean - no charge for that - which usually makes for very happy customers!

It does get really busy in here at times so if you need a fast turnaround we would always recommend it. Yes we can. We can repair your iPad 2/3/4 at home or at work while you carry on with your day. We will carry out your repair in a specially equipped mobile workshop in around half an hour. We also offer discounts should you have family or colleagues that need a repair at that same time!
