How long will my iPad Pro 12.9 4th Gen repair take?
For the iPad Pro 12.9 4th Gen we recommend leaving your device with us for up to 7 days, as the special adhesive used needs to cure under pressure for an elongated period. This period can be considerably shorter, but our technicians will let you know once the repair is complete!
Will you charge me for assessing the problem?
Absolutely not. We operate a 'No Fix - No Fee' policy and will gladly spend time inspecting your device and running diagnostics on it if appropriate - you don't pay a thing for this. Even if we find we can fix a problem quickly with no part requirement we won't charge you - we revive around 50% of 'faulty' charging ports with a micro clean - no charge for that - which usually makes for very happy customers!
Do I need to book?
For call-out iPhone or phone repairs and for the collection and delivery of iPad repairs, the team will agree on a convenient appointment with you. So for call-out repair services, yes you need to book. If you would prefer to have your phone repair carried out in-store then you can either book or just walk in. The store does get very busy at times though so we always recommend that you have a chat with the team on 01473 400005 if you can.
Will my iPad Pro 12.9 4th Gen repair come with a warranty?
Yes. All of our laptop, tablet and phone repairs come with a fully 12 months warranty for your peace of mind. The warranty covers all parts and labour for the full year so should you have a problem with any repair (extremely rare!) you know you're covered.
Do you have parking?
Our Ipswich centre is situated inside the ASDA store on Goddard Road, Ipswich so we have plenty of parking and are super accessible. We also have our service pods available at our Colchester, Norwich and Chelmsford locations. Drop us an email to support@armafone.com and we can send you Sat Nav instructions!
Can I post my device?
Yes you can. All you need to do is dispatch it to us at our administrative address, Unit 9, Alpha Business Park, White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LT and include a note of your name and contact details. Ideally use our quote form to let us know it's coming and what the problem is - that way we can get any special parts that we might not have in stock and turn your repair around as quickly as possible.
Will you come to me?

Our call-out Apple repair service uses fully equipped mobile workshops which means our technicians don’t need to enter your building (unless you would prefer them to do so) and you get a prompt and convenient repair without disturbing your day.
