We have adapted our working process for our call-out technicians when they carry out mobile phone repairs during lockdown. Ensuring social distancing is maintained throughout and working from one of our fully equipped mobile workshops means that social distancing is maintained throughout. In addition your device, tools and card machine are sanitised continually throughout the process. The device is passed back and forth using a sanitised ‘transfer’ box, again to maintain social distancing.
– Smaller Staff Numbers
For those of you who wish to visit our store in ASDA at Goddard Road, Ipswich, you may notice that the amount of staff we have appear to be limited compared to before. This is to help ensure the safety of both our in-store staff and our customers. In addition we have barriers in place so customers who wish to see what stock we have can see but not touch without a member of staff to assist. This means we can keep products sanitised until point of purchase.
– FREE Call-Out Services
Traffic is reduced due to the lockdown. To keep things that way and allow you to follow the ‘stay at home’ advice, we have made our call-out service free to use. You will pay the same price for a phone repair in-store as you will for one of our technicians to visit you and repair your device outside your home or place of work. We are currently promoting the call-out services by not only making them a FREE option, but moving some of our store staff into vehicles for the duration of the lockdown.
Remember, with our call-out service we will pay you the same price you would get if you came to get a repair in-store, whether you use the call-out service at home or at work.
