Join our fast growing team of professional technicians operating across a range of local retail and workshop locations or one of our mobile workshop vehicles.

Your role will be to carry out repairs on mobile phones, tablets and potentially laptops for both private and business customers either in store, workshop or at customer locations.

With a passion for technology you will have the support of our in house team who will work with you to ensure a great customer experience and a rewarding role.

Required Skills

• A professional approach to your customers and fellow team members
• Be able to provide great customer service
• Self motivated & pro-active approach
• Experience in mobile device or PC/laptop repair (although we can provide training for associated experience)
• The ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Having a driving license is an advantage

The Package Includes:

• £21k basic annual starting salary – depending on experience
• 40 hour week including weekend and bank holiday work as required
