Most phone repairs that we carry out are usually completed within the hour – providing we have the required part in stock of course! For iPad repairs and some more involved phone repairs we offer a free pick up and collection service as these need to be carried out at our repair centre. You will be kept up to date with progress throughout the process.
Absolutely not. We operate a ‘No Fix – No Fee’ policy and will gladly spend time inspecting your device and running diagnostics on it if appropriate – you don’t pay a thing for this. Even if we find we can fix a problem quickly with no part requirement we won’t charge you – we revive around 50% of ‘faulty’ charging ports with a micro clean – no charge for that – which usually makes for very happy customers!
Yes. All of our laptop, tablet and phone repairs come with a full 12 months warranty for your peace of mind. The warranty covers all parts and labour for the full year so should you have a problem with any repair (extremely rare!) you know you’re covered.
