Building on the core skills attained at Level 1, this course will take you deeper into assessing problems and diagnostics whilst extending the range of repairs and models through hands on training and practice.

Diving deeper into analysing issues and repairs across a wider device range this course will enhance your skills and confidence as a professional repair technician.
You will be encouraged to get involved and ask questions so whilst the core material will always be covered there is always an opportunity for a bit of ‘off-piste’ training!

What to expect
You will spend 3 days as part of a small group of 3-4 students with an experienced trainer in our fully equipped training suite learning the about more complex diagnostic techniques and repair processes, as well as expanding your skills to cover popular (Android) manufacturers.
Alongside the actual training sessions over the 3 days, you will get plenty of time to practice your new skills under the watchful eye of your trainer.
Each module you complete will end with a practical and theory test and, subject to reaching the required level, you will receive your Level 2 Certificate at the end of the course.
In addition, you will receive access to our training portal where you can get further support and updates to enable you to keep up to date in this fast moving industry.

Training generally takes place at our training centre in Ipswich, Suffolk, with our LIVE! training taking place in one of our stores or mobile workshops in the field.
