Description
A well-rounded option for the beginner – build your new skill set on strong foundations with this 2 day course covering the fundamentals of tech repair in our fully equipped training suite.
This course will enable you to diagnose issues based on symptoms and carry out a range of iPhone component repairs in a professional and safe manner.
Content
The content of the course is based on giving the widest range of symptoms and frequently requested repairs that we see across our workshops – whether that be service centre, retail or call-out services.
You will be encouraged to get involved and ask questions so whilst the core material will always be covered there is always an opportunity for a bit of ‘off-piste’ training!

What to expect
You will spend 2 days as part of a small group of 3-5 students with an experienced trainer in our fully equipped training suite learning the basics of tech repair, primarily focusing upon iPhone-related issues.
Alongside the actual training sessions over the 2 days, you will get plenty of time to practice your new skills under the watchful eye of your trainer.
Each module you complete will end with a practical and theory test and, subject to reaching the required level, you will receive your Level 1 Certificate at the end of the course.
In addition, you will receive access to our training portal where you can get further support and updates to enable you to keep up to date in this fast moving industry.

Training generally takes place at our training centre in Ipswich, Suffolk, with our LIVE! training taking place in one of our stores or mobile workshops in the field.
