How long will my iPad Air 3 replacement screen take?
Once we have it in-store, most iPad Air 3 screen replacements that we carry out can take between 2 and 5 days depending on the issue. However we will keep you updated on its progress – just ask!
Will you charge me for assessing the problem?
Absolutely not. We operate a ‘No Fix – No Fee’ policy and will gladly spend time inspecting your device and running diagnostics on it if appropriate – if you then have a repair you don’t pay a thing for this. Even if we find we can fix a problem quickly with no part requirement we won’t charge you, which usually makes for very happy customers!
Do I need to book for an iPad Air 3 replacement screen?
It does get really busy at our ASDA and Morrisons stores at times so if you need a fast turnaround we would always recommend it although we do offer a free call out service to pick up and drop off your iPad Air 3 for a replacement screen.
So if you would like to opt for the most convenient solution just select the Pick Up & Drop Off option at checkout and one of our technicians will come to your home or work (or just about anywhere actually!) to collect your device.
Do you have parking?
We are situated inside the ASDA store on Goddard Road, Ipswich so we have plenty of parking and are super accessible. Drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you Sat Nav instructions!
Can I post my device?
Yes you can. We will confirm the receipt of your device (please ensure you let us know up front and also include your details with the device) and, once repaired, we will despatch your iPad Air 3 back to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
