How long will my iPad Mini repair take?
For iPad repairs we recommend leaving your device overnight with us as the special adhesive used needs to cure under pressure for an elongated period.
Will you charge me for assessing the problem?
Absolutely not. We operate a 'No Fix - No Fee' policy and will gladly spend time inspecting your device and running diagnostics on it if appropriate - you don't pay a thing for this. Even if we find we can fix a problem quickly with no part requirement we won't charge you - we revive around 50% of 'faulty' charging ports with a micro clean - no charge for that - which usually makes for very happy customers!
Do I need to book?
It does get really busy in here at times so if you need a fast turnaround we would always recommend it. Just click the "BOOK NOW & SAVE 5%" button - once we receive your details one of the team will contact you to confirm a suitable time for your to come in. If you really are tight on time you are welcome to wait with the paper and a cuppa or we can give you a pager and buzz you as soon your iPhone repair is ready. We can also offer you a loan phone (subject to a returnable deposit) if you need to leave your phone for longer - just ask one of the team!
Will my iPad Mini repair come with a warranty?
Yes. All of our laptop, tablet and phone repairs come with a fully 12 months warranty for your peace of mind. The warranty covers all parts and labour for the full year so should you have a problem with any repair (extremely rare!) you know you're covered.
Do you have parking?
We are situated inside the ASDA store on Goddard Road, Ipswich so we have plenty of parking and are super accessible. Drop us an email to support@armafone.com and we can send you Sat Nav instructions!
Can I post my device?
Yes you can. All you need to do is dispatch it to us at our administrative address, Unit 9, Alpha Business Park, White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LT and include a note of your name and contact details. Ideally use our booking button on this page to let us know it's coming and what the problem is - that way we can get any special parts that we might not have in stock and turn your repair around as quickly as possible.
Will you come to me?
In certain circumstances we can either carry out a pick up & drop off of your device or attend your place of work to carry out the repair. To inquire about this please call us on 01473 400005 anytime.

Call Out iPad Repair Service
Our call-out iPad repair service uses fully equipped mobile workshops which means our technicians don’t need to enter your building (unless you would prefer them to do so) and you get a prompt and convenient repair without disturbing your day.
If you prefer, you can always post your device to us for repair. Please see our FAQ’s regarding postal repairs before sending any device to us.
